Purchased a brand new Ford expedition from the dealership yesterday, started the process a few days ago, and their communication is top-notch, Tatium was very responsive and even sent a video of the vehicle! When I arrived there, the finance numbers were as advertised and they didn’t try anything tricky and the GM Aaron came out and helped me with my Ford pass and found me a $2500 rebate that I didn’t even know was available, first class dealership!

Everything you've read about Zach so far is accurate - he's a no pressure consultant that listens to what you're looking for and presents reasonable options. Great experience buying 2 new vehicles from him and I absolutely recommend him. Kyler and Aaron were also great to deal with. The service department is Donley's super power. I've been taking both of our vehicles here for years and will continue to do so. Chris and Andy are trustworthy, easy to talk to, and great all around guys. They are part of the reason we continue to purchase Ford vehicles, the main reason we continue coming back to Donley, and a big reason why I only kept my GMC for a year then went back to Ford. Overall, 10/10 experience and would absolutely recommend purchasing any vehicle through them or getting your vehicle serviced here.

Great people to deal with, was fortunate to get to deal with Zach for my Salesman and Aaron for the Finance Manager ( paperwork guy) very low stress and non pushy which makes them overall great people to deal with. 5 stars to them both. Would happily refer anyone to them.
