Despite my grumpiness of not wanting to spend my time buying a car, Donley Ford of Shelby made this an overall pleasant experience. The price on my vehicle was priced so well, there was no need to negotiate a cheaper price or find one comparable with a competitor. Knowing I didn’t want to spend my day at the dealership, it was a very fast experience. Jacob Offenburger my sales associate was easy to work with. Kyler the finance guy was straight forward and didn’t pressure me to purchase extras. I would definitely consider going back to purchase another vehicle.

It was nice working with Jacob O. and the Donley sales team. The closing process was much easier than other closings I’ve experienced at other places. I can recommend Donley Ford Shelby for new vehicle purchase.
