After an initial rocky start to this car buying experience I'm happy to say that after some dialogue between all parties we are able to sort the initial issues and get to an agreeable resolution. The guys there Nick Gage and Kyler very helpful in finalizing the deal for the car my son wanted. They helped to get the PPI done being we were out of state with a local mechanic too. Well after 16 hours of driving to pick up the car, I'm happy to say we have the car back in Jersey and a very happy 17yo. Buying a truck from Zach was the smoothest vehicle purchase of mine so far. He worked with me for two days and got a lot of the leg work done before I ever came in to check out my truck. He was a pleasure to do business with and I really respect how he operates as a salesperson. There is no pushiness, upselling, or convincing, just a no-nonsense guy that is down to earth. Despite my grumpiness of not wanting to spend my time buying a car, Donley Ford of Shelby made this an overall pleasant experience. The price on my vehicle was priced so well, there was no need to negotiate a cheaper price or find one comparable with a competitor. Knowing I didn’t want to spend my day at the dealership, it was a very fast experience. Jacob Offenburger my sales associate was easy to work with. Kyler the finance guy was straight forward and didn’t pressure me to purchase extras. I would definitely consider going back to purchase another vehicle.

I’m not one to do a review's but this will be an honest, long winded exception. I called on a truck that met all the requirements of what I was looking for and talked to Gary, he told me everything he could about the truck, we talked numbers and we set up an appointment for me to come look at it even tho it was a 3.5 hour drive, no one’s fault there but my own haha Once at the appointment the truck was there, cleaned up and ready to go, took it for a test drive, they looked at the trade in I brought, the numbers stayed the same from the previous day so I said let’s do it. Gary again was very professional and talked to me like I was a buddy and not a customer, then I got to meet Kyler the financial/paper work guy. Yet again another very professional person that made the whole process a non hassle, non pressure experience. Both men were fine with what warranty options I picked (or didn’t pick I should say) and they made the whole buying process a breeze. Couldn’t be more pleased in everything especially not having to deal with the pushy sales manager type that I’ve dealt with in the past during final negotiations. Would definitely recommend buying from here and would buy from here again in the future, even being as far away as it was, thanks a million guys!!!! -Greg Waldron
