Richelle was FANTASTIC! I could not speak anymore highly about her. She went above and beyond to make sure I went home in the car I wanted and that it was the perfect fit financially. I would recommend her as well as the rest of the dealership to anyone I know!

Recently purchased a 2025 Ford F-250 at Donley Ford of Shelby. Our sales representative was Richelle Schunatz. Richelle was very friendly and accommodating during our visit. She answered all questions we had and was a non pressure salesperson of which I really appreciate. In the end we got a fair deal on our trade and all we wanted in our new purchase in a timely fashion. We received outstanding service from everyone at Donley Ford of Shelby. Donley Ford of Shelby was a great purchase experience. Richelle was a great to work with and kept in touch to earn the sale. This dealership makes you feel more like a customer instead of a number at some mega ford stores. They made the travel worth it to buy at Donley.

I had the best of the best experience at this Donley Ford!! Richelle Schunatz is THE BEST!!!! I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and a lot of test drives and nothing compares!!! We laughed so much!!
