I had the best of the best experience at this Donley Ford!! Richelle Schunatz is THE BEST!!!! I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and a lot of test drives and nothing compares!!! We laughed so much!! And she was very patient with my picky self. I wasn’t pressured at all. Everything went smooth and easy. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Donley Ford in Shelby!!! Thank you Richelle!!!
