Zach at Donnelly Ford was amazing.. my previous vehicle completely died Thursday eve. Fri I went in to Donnelly Ford at 9 am Zach approached me I told him my problem. I was in in a bind I drive 40 min one way for work. With no vehicle that be hard . The car that was approved for me was an hour away. He sent for it .my ride had to e some where he said instead of me setting there home relax he would pick me up , which I do not live in Shelby. He made my day better, and easier. Also while we finished the paperwork he had my car detailed more...great place, nice guy to buy a car from.....

My experience at Donnelly Ford in Shelby was great. Zach, my salesman was nothing but professional, did everything I asked from FaceTime videos to cold starts. Everything was great. This was my first experience, buying a car out of state and being that I didn’t fly out to see the car, Zach was my eyes and ears at the dealership and he did a great job. One thing I was disappointed in was the day before my car was picked up The general manager had Zach put the car outside and it snowed about an inch and the car got all dirty. Other than that, I would buy a car again from Zach. He’s my guy just ask for him.

Just purchased my third truck in a row at Donley. Zach was very polite and up front. Didn’t keep me waiting unnecessarily or give me any run around. I’m a happy customer.
