My experience at Donnelly Ford in Shelby was great. Zach, my salesman was nothing but professional, did everything I asked from FaceTime videos to cold starts. Everything was great. This was my first experience, buying a car out of state and being that I didn’t fly out to see the car, Zach was my eyes and ears at the dealership and he did a great job. One thing I was disappointed in was the day before my car was picked up The general manager had Zach put the car outside and it snowed about an inch and the car got all dirty. Other than that, I would buy a car again from Zach. He’s my guy just ask for him.
